29

Good Morning My Little Archers,

So yesterday I was 28, today I am 29. I am a Sagittarius and am true to my sign. I am clumsy and tend to get myself into embarrasing situations, I am too blunt, and I have a twisted sense of humor. I also love to travel and explore the world. I hate being tied down, and I love my independence.

I actually do feel a year older today, especially after all the reflecting and writing I've done all year. I feel like I have a little more wisdom than last year.

I hope that 29 will be kind to me.

I'm Back :)

Hello My Little Pumpkin Pies,

So I am back home. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I was just thankful to have another Thanksgiving with my grandparents and family. I got to talk to my grandma a lot and listen to more stories of her life "back in the day". She showed us ladies some of her treasures. She wore a beautiful, yellow expensive suit she won in Vegas over 40 years ago just after marrying my grandpa. She was gambling and kept winning and winning. My grandpa told her to stop and enjoy the cash, so she bought the suit. She wore it to Thanksgiving dinner and looked beautiful.

She also showed us her 50 year old Parisian handbag. I can't believe I didn't take any pictures. It was a black sequined handbag with gold lining. It was handmade in Paris in the 1950s with the address on the tag. They don't make them like they used to anymore. They were her prizes and she still has them. I love my grandma and the stories she tells. She was around during the Prohibition, and those stories are priceless. She also told stories about her dad coming home from the market crash of 1929, as he was a financial analyst.

I also got to stay with my dad. My dad has been wonderful. He moved out from Oregon and quit his job to take care of my grandparents. Since he has a new place, I got to stay with him. My dad put his life on hold to run the family business and take care of my grandma and grandpa so they could enjoy the last years of their lives without getting stressed out. Anytime they need anything, he is there for them. My grandma is very greatful and always tells me how he is doing a wonderful job. It means the world to me that he did that, and the family notices too. It speaks volumes of his character. My dad may have a filthy mind and may love to get annoyed reactions out of me, but he does have integrity.

My aunt brought up a lot of family documents from my great-grandparents. My great grandparents on my paternal grandpa's side were Russian-Jewish immigrants. I finally got my hands on some pictures, family letters and poetry that my great-grandma wrote. Some of it is in Yiddish, and I wonder if people still speak Yiddish nowadays.

It was nice to spend time with my family, and I got to see a lot of my cousins I haven't seen in years. One of them got married so I finally got to meet his new wife. I remember when my brother and I were the babies of the family, and we held that title for a long time until my cousins started having children of their own.

I didn't take any pictures, I really should have. My grandparents live by the coast, and I went to the beach, a state park called Jug Handle ( I don't know who comes up with these names). I was all by myself for a few minutes, the sand was smoothed over from the rain the night before. There was a couple holding hands in front of the ocean, and then they left a couple of minutes after I got there. The waves were so high, but the waves near the shore weren't. There was a little stream leading into the ocean under the huge bridge, and it felt like I was walking in a dream. I've never enjoyed nature the way I did yesterday and I was all by myself, and I got to think and look at the waves. I took a picture on my camera phone. Not the best quality, but it is still a reminder. In a way, I was glad that I didn't have a camera, as I was forced to enjoy what was in front of me, knowing I didn't get a recording of it. The area was small, peaceful, and secluded. It was cold as hell, but really pretty.

So that is all for now. My birthday is coming up on Monday, so I got some presents and my grandma sent me home with an extra cake.

I was just happy to spend time with loved ones again and we all had a grand time. I know that we are in a recession and times are tough, but for the past couple of days, I forgot all about that.

So that is all for now. My favorite holiday has passed for this year, and Christmas will be here before I know it.

Happy Thanksgiving :)

Hello There My Little Marshmallows,

So today is Hump Day and tomorrow is Thursday. But since this is Thanksgiving week, I'm very busy and am going to visit family, I will save the Hump Day Hotness and the Thursday Thrust for next week. You could say that next week I will be back with a big bang ;)

I am planning on visiting family in Mendocino, CA by the coast. I am thankful for another Thanksgiving with my grandparents and my dad. I also miss my brother and we'll be riding up together.

My grandparents are the best, and my grandmother has been a huge influence in my life. I love her very much and cherish every holiday season that I get to spend with her. As cheesy as it may sound, this year I am grateful to be alive and spending it with loved ones.

Anyway, have a happy Thanksgiving, and be thankful for the blessings you do have.

Hows about a little side of sexual harrassment for ya ?

Hello My Little Kittens,

So today I had sexual harrassment training at work today. I had to read a packet and take a little quiz. Better than those awful VHS videos they make you watch before you get hired. The ones with the bad hair, and the bad innuendos. It's not like the actors in those outdated videos can actually grope or say "nice ass."

Anyway, my company wants us all to know that sexual harrassment can happen to anyone ! Unwanted groping or fondling can even happen to you ! And men beware, you are next. The guy in the cube or the girl in accounting could both come onto you. You never know. The guy may check our your junk in the mens room and the girl could be checking out what you're packing and invite you for drinks in her office.

The examples and pictures in the booklet were priceless. In one picture, an old woman with short curly hair and thick glasses was calling to complain to the EEOC. I was like, WTF ????? Talk about being politically correct. Let grandma know that even she isn't safe, lol. Why don't they just show a picture of an older married man in management, feeling up the young, perky secretary with his wedding ring in plain sight ? Or is that a little to close to reality ?

My favorite example was when a group of all men were talking about booze, women and sex. One of the men in the group felt uncomfortable by all that talk and the book asked us what he should do ? The correct answer was that he should immediately report it to his supervisor, who should then talk to HR. Really ? It's a group of men. Let them talk about their weekend escapades in private if no chicks are within earshot. Who cares. Now we have to hold the hands of grown men ??? A grown man can get his feelings hurt by another guy talking about sex ? Whatever happened to walking away or telling the guy to shut up ?

The paragraph that made me laugh the most, was that you could press charges against a supervisor, if he was harrassing you, and when you come to work the next day, he has to treat you like you never filed the report. In what world does that happen ? Talk about awkward. It's one of those things where it sounds good in theory but should get filed under "keep dreaming, it's never gonna fucking happen."

I am the only girl in my post now. Thank God my coworkers are cool. I offend (not physically) on a daily basis. I can talk like a sailor, and they don't get offended. Even though my former Marine boss tries to act like he's offended.

Anyway, time for me to go for now my cute little hairballs. Here is a little something for you. The first minute of this film is very similar to the VHS I was forced to watch when I signed up at a recruitment agency two years ago. But after that you can totally tell it's a spoof.

Remember, treat others with the respect and kindness that you would want from others. It's the law !

Besitos !

Makes Me Mad Monday

Hello My Little Peacocks and Peahens,

How are you my little feathery friends ?

I enjoyed my Sunday. I met up with my friends, a couple from Russia and Bulgaria. I ate a nice sized Belgian waffle with banannas, nuts (Sergio, I don't want to hear it) and whipped cream. I also decided to use a little butter and syrup. Yummy ! So delish.

Two hours after I thought it settled in my stomach, I tried to work out. Hahahahaha. I was find doing the leg press and climbing the stair master. Jogging on the treadmill was another story. I got a cramp so fast, and I decided to walk it out. But walking was way too boring, so I just said screw it and went home. I was on the treadmill for less than ten minutes. Next time I will eat AFTER the workout, which is what I normally do.

So it was a relaxing Sunday, and I topped it off by coming home and watching Law and Order and Goodfellas. That movie totally glorifies the mafia. I wish our thugs at least dressed in suits and tipped well, even though they got it by ripping someone off. Nowadays our thugs spray graffiti over our highway signs, pimp their rides with rims, and their fashion sense sucks.

Today is Monday, and what really makes me mad is dealing with insurance companies. Good Lord, I don't even want to talk about that. Totally ticks me off.

So that is all for now my colored feather bunches. Don't get your feathers ruffled today.

Besitos mis amores !

Slothy Saturday

Happy Saturday Little Loves,

This will be a short entry. I am currently under the influence of Bailey's with a hint of mint chocolate. So delicious, and I feel so relaxed right now.

Today I was lazy. I also ate a nice plate of marinated Korean bbq ribs. So delicious !

I was supposed to have an interview this morning, but I did not go. It turns out that the attorney I would be interviewing with was suspended a while back. I don't care how long ago it was. Getting suspended in the legal field is a serious thing, and just as my record gets checked by possible future employers, I will make sure that the person I work for doesn't have a record...... or at least one that I don't know about. Especially if that attorney is serving low income people.

I did not volunteer my time so I could turn around and work for someone who has track record bad choices just so I can have a legal job. Not worth it for me in the long run.

Anyway, that is all for now. Enjoy the rest of your weekend............

Friday, Finally..........

Hello There My Little Turtle Doves,

Wow, I am so tired. I woke up at the buttcrack of dawn today to work my coworker's shift.

I went to look for a coat hanger (not a jacket hanger, but one you find at restaurants where you hang your coats on the arms) after work.

Anyway, I did not find the coat hanger. Instead, I got everything else but the coat hanger. I spent a lot of money. But the good news, my little Christmas birdies, is that in addition to getting stuff I needed,  I got some of my Christmas shopping done. And I got good deals. Yes, it is better than saving 15% or more by switching to Geico.

There is nothing worse than going shopping in a crowded mall where parking is hard to come by, and where moms with huge strollers  and screaming babies are the norm and children old enough to be obnoxious are running across the store like banshees. Makes me want to superglue my legs shut. So praise Baby Jesus, I won't have to be standing in line this year.

My best deals were from Goodwill. I bought a London Fog jacket in great condition for $20.  I also got hot rollers for my hair for $10. You gentlemen may or may not be familiar with the prices of hair products for chicas. If not, all you need to know is that it is supposed to pump up my hair with some serious volume and make me look hawt. Rawr !

Moving along.....................

I finally got my bellydance DVD. The picture of me in the header was taken in September of this year, at the Desert Dance Festival. At that event, I danced with my troupe and then alone with my sword. I finally got the DVD of me with the sword.

And I would gladly post if for you my feathery friends, but I have absolutely no clue how to upload it to YouBoob YouTube. I've tried in the past, yet failed miserably each time.

Before I log off for the evening and pour myself a glass of Baileys, I thought I would tell you about the two acts of kindess directed towards me.

While I was out being a complete shopping whore, the couple in front of me graciously invited me to check out my items before they did, as I had my things in my arms, and they had their things piled in the cart. I thought that was so sweet. They were a happy couple, just joking around. They even waited patiently when the cashier made me go across the aisle to check the price. After I paid for my stuff, the wife smiled at me and wished me a good night. It was such a simple gesture, but it was a really nice one. It doesn't take much to be nice to others and a little really does go a long way.

The other act of kindness was that someone in my volunteer group filled out the paperwork and nominated me for a pro bono award which is awarded by the State Bar of California (Wiley Manuel Award). I thought it was so nice. I didn't think much of it until I looked it up online and saw a couple of attorneys bragging that they have it. I am not an attorney, just a paralegal but it is something I can list on my resume and every bit helps in the job search.

So that is all for now my little tweeters. I am behind on some of your blogs, but I will be by soon to offer up some of my pearls of wisdom.

Love, hugs, kisses and chocolates,

Senorita

The Thursday Thrust

Good Morning My Little Woodpeckers,

So I've been posting some smoking hot pictures of the male species lately. But I also have male readers, male readers that I don't want to alienate, so I have a little prezzy for you too. I hope you likey.

I know one of my readers, David likes Latinas, so this is for him. This beauty is Sofia Vergara, a Colombian actress and model. She also starred in Chasing Papi with Eduardo Verastegui, the hot piece of man I shamelessy blogged about yesterday.

Anywho, enjoy ! Que te aproveches !

Hump Day Hotness Treat

Hello There My Little Puppies,

Would you just look at that ! That, my little helpless furballs, is Eduardo Verastegui. I know a couple of weeks ago I blogged about how hot Antonio Sabato Jr. is. But Mr. Hotness featured above is ten times better in my book. I would totally leave Antonio Sabato at the altar to run away with Eduardo. He is one of the reasons I am so glad I took up Spanish. He could say saucy things to me in his native toungue and I would understand.......... and respond ! I know, it's probably not going to happen. But I'm just saying that if he hypothetically came up to me and started throwing me pick up lines, that I could respond !

Eduardo used to be a soap opera star, and has also starred in the movie Chasing Papi. Did you also know that his man can sing ? He is jack of all trades in the entertainment industry. People En Espanol keep nominating him for People's Most Beautiful.  Me likey !

This slice of dessert was born and raised in Mexico. I live in California and we have a lot of Mexicans in this area. And most of them do not look like this.

All joking aside, this man has been a role model for me, and has inspired me to make some changes in myself this year. I saw him on Christina (a Spanish talk show) in the middle of the night, and initially I was just looking at him like a dog in heat. But then I started listening to what he had to say, and he moved me.

He is a God fearing man that only works on projects that promote a better image of the Latin community, and he heads up humanitarian missions. He is so devoted to his cause, that he went broke and hungry trying to pitch his ideas to producers who weren't interested , refusing to make a quick buck by playing the leading Latin Lover in a film. He stuck it out for as long as it took to do what he thought was right.

They don't make 'em like this in Hollywood anymore. I have a lot of respect for him because he's not just peddling causes of the moment, he is actually getting his hands dirty and working with his volunteers.

Okay........... One more looksie for the ladies !

He should run a laundry service, because I could totally wash my clothes on his abs !

Oh, and for you men out there, I will post a picture of a hot chica, as David suggested. Gotta make it fair.

Tempt Me Tuesday

Good Morning My Delicate Roses,

Don't worry, tomorrow is Hump Day Hotness and I have a very hot man that I know all you ladies will likey very much.

But in the mean time, here is a commercial for Yves Saint Laurent perfume. If you like the background music, try "I Feel You" by Depeche Mode. A couple of you ::cough::my mother::cough:: will think that this is too risque, but this commercial is recent and has been popping up on my TV screen.

I would definitely like to go to Paris and see the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river. I have never wanted to go to Paris or talk about anything French until this year. I changed my mind this year and I will talk about why later.

Here you go my little delicate rose buds......

Besitos !

Sounds Like Someone's Got A Bad Case of the Mondays !

Good Morning My Little Petite Fours,

That line above is not from me, it is from the movie Office Space. My favorite line after that was when the guy with the pornstache replied " I believe you'd get your ass kicked saying something like that."

I really wish the weekend didn't end so soon, but the good news, my little treats, is that I finished off the rest of my German chocolate cake. So delicious. I like to take a vitamin while I eat my dessert. Not like it really makes a difference, but makes me feel better about myself.

Last night I went out to visit my mama cita Ashleigh in Santa Cruz. It was a lot of fun. If you think I have a mouth on me, wait till you talk to her. And when you put us together, shit is bound to happen. It's like I am not embarrassed to make an ass of myself with her in public. While she was bending over to sign her credit card slip, I decided to spank her in front of the staff and people trying to enjoy their ice cream. She tries to get away, yet I always manage to get one more in.

Other than that, not a whole lot going on right now in my neck of the woods. Ah, who am I kidding. I am busy, it's just not exciting enough to write about.

That is all for now my little frosted cakes !

Besitos !

Cake on Sunday Morning

Hello My Little German Chocolate Cakes..............

I had cake for breakfast on this glorious Sunday morning. It was left over carrot cake from work and I just did not want it to go to waste. There was a meeting a couple of days ago, and the most beautiful cakes were on display. After that meeting I took some carrot cake and German chocolate cake home.

But I will be going to the gym after I finish this post. Also, the new season of Tough Love is on and I just gotta finish watching that.

Besitos !

Sleepy Saturday

Hello Loves,

Happy Weekend !

Yesterday after work I went out which is something that I rarely do after work. I met up with someone from a travel website I am a member of and we grilled shishkabobs and watched "I love you man". I miss going out.

I didn't get to bed until 3 am, and then I had to be at a meeting at 8 in the morning. I was soooo tired.

But I enjoyed the meeting. It was with my local paralegal organization, and we had a study session for the paralegal exam which is like our mini version of the Bar. I am thinking of taking it, especially since it is like a review of everything I learned in the past two years, and I could use a review. I could also use a legal job. The competition is so fierce out there.

I was supposed to meet up with an old classmate, but I am just too tired. I will, however, be hanging out with Ashleigh tomorrow. I look forward to that.

Anyway, time to log off and continue to be a sloth.

Besos !

I'm not small, I'm just fun-sized !

Happy Friday to you my little Dove chocolates.......

Yeah,  I tricked you, hahaha ! I put up a witty little title to lure you in, but I am afraid that I will just be rambling on about my week.

- I got a massage again yesterday. She massaged my face to ease the pain in my joints and it felt sooooooo good ! She also worked out the knots in my upper back and massaged my lower back.

-I had physical therapy this morning. The guy that was riding the excercise bike in front of my while my face was wrapped up in heat therapy was looking pretty good. Thankfully he was too busy focusing on his excercises to notice me stealing glances.

- As you know I started a new photo blog and I've become quite the camera whore. It's fun, and if you look at my blogroll on my profile, you can see all the different photo blogs I've subscribed to from around the world. I already have a few stalkers, I mean, followers.

Anywho, time to make myself useful and get ready for work.

Have a fabulous weekend my little sugary treats. Besitos !

Just Babble

Good Morning My Little Pancakes !

So I started my new photoblog, and thanks to those who stopped by. Me love you long time !
Here is the link for you little breakfasts.........

San Jose Senorita

In a few weeks my friend Serg will be visiting and we are going to go be little tourist whores in San Francisco. San Francisco is one of those places that is nice to go to, and I usually reserve for when there is a holiday party, when I have a job interview, or when someone is coming from out of town and I want to play host.

But I am looking forward to going sight seeing and getting as lost as the foreigners. The last time I played tourist in San Francisco was when my aunt and cousins came from Austria in 2007. We walked everywhere. You really can't outwalk a European. We walked from China Town to Lomard Street to Ghiradelli Square, to some houses by the beach and through those neighborhoods all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge and then back to the hotel. But we were all begging for a break, so we ended up riding MUNI for three blocks. I can't stand the bus in SF. Thank God for the train.

I don't have too much else to share today, but I am going to have another massage.

I think I should think about going for a run now.

Love, hugs, kisses and Chocolates,

Senorita

Haha I lied !

Hello My Little Mudpies............

You know how I was telling you a couple of days ago that I was going to start posting images of the day on my blog, because I don't believe in starting a separate photo blog?

Yeah, well I lied...............

I started a new photoblog today.

San Jose Senorita

What happened, was I was looking at photoblogs from around the world. Basically, people were posting images from their neck of the wood in places such as Barcelona, Paris, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, and it just inspired me to do the same.

So I will still talk and babble about whatever here, but I will devote my San Jose blog to pictures and experiences as they relate to the city.

So that is all for now, my little petite desserts. I hope you will enjoy the view from my camera.

Besitos !

Hump Day Hotness

Hello My Little Frosted Flakes,

Will you look at that............ Look at that scruffy hotness which answers to the name of Doug Savant. I heard he is on Melrose Place now. I started noticing him in Desperate Housewives.

I normally don't like blondes or anything close to blonde when it comes to men. I tend to go for the dark haired dudes. However exceptions have been made. Like this......

He looks very similar to a man I briefly went out with a few years ago, which is why I started paying attention to him in Desperate Housewives. Except that the guy I went with was younger and hotter.

Brad was the first man I really got excited about spending time with and wanted a relationship with. But he broke my heart into a million pieces. But that is in the past now, and I can look back with no regret, anger, or longing to be with him and thinking "if only...". It took me a year to get over him, but when I did, I had truly moved on.

Everytime I see Doug Savant, I think of Brad, but I don't think of the pain. I think of how he pursued me and how happy I was to spend time with him. Happy to see him at my door, picking me up. How excited I felt to get dressed up and decked out in makeup. How fun it was to introduce him to the hookah lounge, and how fun it was to makeout in the doorway without getting caught by my landlord.

I know, I am reminiscing when I am supposed to be witty. Here is another image to distract you.........

Yummy............

Makes Me Mad Monday

Hello My Little Munchkins,

I hope you had a fabulous weekend. I think I will debut a Makes Me Mad Monday, where I talk about something that either is my pet peeve, or something that downright angers me. Stacie from Stacie's Madness has "Totally Ticks Me Off Tuesday". I was going to borrow that, but that wouldn't be very creative, now would it ?

Anyway, here is the madness du jour. I copied and pasted this off my aol account:

Nov. 9) -- In central Texas, there was an outpouring of support for Trista Lathern, a 24-year-old woman who claimed she had breast cancer.
At least $10,000 was collected at a benefit for Lathern, who apparently shaved her head to make it look like she was enduring chemotherapy.

McLennan County Sheriff
At least $10,000 was raised to help Trista Lathern after she announced she was battling breast cancer. But investigators say it was all a scam and that she planned to use the money to get breast implants.

But court records show Lathern has confessed to investigators that she never had cancer and planned to use the money to get breast implants -- something she said she thought would save her seven-month marriage, the Waco Tribune-Herald reported.
Lathern's husband, William, who is the father of her two children, ages 5 and 3, filed for an annulment the day she was arrested, the paper said.
Lathern's story came to the attention of police when she allegedly visited a plastic surgeon who became suspicious of her story and called his attorney, who contacted police, KXXV-TV reported.

She was arrested last week and charged with theft by deception, a state felony, the station said.

This is just downright evil. I think you have to be a sociopath or mentally ill to pull that off.

I have been fooled like this before by a woman I knew and trusted. Not only did she get presents and sympathy, but she manipulated me into getting me to do whatever she wanted. The story here and my experience is kind of similar, actually. But mine lasted a lot longer. And she got away with it.

Imagine how many people pour their hearts out only to get burned. The hurdles people who really suffer have to face, just to get people to believe them. I feel bad for them. I also can't blame people for saying no when asked for charity.

And I think society needs a story like this one to wake them up. So many organizations and people blindly trust people. Words like "charity" and "God Bless" or "cancer" or "children" are no guarantee that your time and money are safe. In fact, this is the best hiding ground for sociopaths or narcissists. They know that in America we are too ashamed to ask questions. It is not politically correct. The people who need charity have suffered enough, so let's just blindly trust them and put money in their hands. I just don't agree with that. I agree with giving, but not in that manner.

Also, I have noticed that the sociopaths in society will hide behind "community service" and "donations" which are good tax write offs anyway. It's a total bargain for them because everyone will trust them and no one will question them because after all, they're doing community service, right ? If you think I am jaded, go ahead. But do you really ever know where your donations are going unless you are actively involved and volunteering ? Even then you sometimes don't know.

One of the best things I did was take a Partnerships and Corporations class and my teacher devoted an entire class to non-profits and just how profitable they can actually be for the organizaton. How easy it is for people to start religions, how easy it is for people to legally solicit you for something that sounds like "a good cause" when in reality it's not the cause you thought it was.

Not all is lost though, and I am not completely jaded. I am just a lot more careful. If I can't afford to give, I don't give and I don't feel like I owe it to anyone. I also donate my time, not money. If someone is truly in need, they will accept my help. And there is no greater feeling in the world than helping someone who truly needs my help. And I am glad to do it no strings attached. I enjoy volunteering and find it to be much more fulfilling than donating money anyway. Also, by volunteering I can see exactly what the organization is doing.

Anyway, that is all for now.

However, here is the image of the day from my neck of the woods.....................

One Year With Senorita

Hello My Little Dutch Cookies..........

I love this photo blog. Basically this person posts a picture a day of different things he sees in Amsterdam. Could be anything. So basically you get a new image every day.

I like the concept and I will start posting entries in the same format, of course amongst my other posts in this blog. Other than my private blog which talks about more personal issues, I don't believe in having separate blogs for separate subjects.

So I will post pictures of things around where I live or where I grew up. So if you were to follow me around I will show you what you would see.

So here is the first image to kick of this concept

New water fountain, Milpitas Town Center

Happy Weekend...........

Happy Sunday to you my little French chocolates.............

Yesterday I kicked off the weekend by sleeping in until 11:30 in the morning. It was fabulous ! I felt reborn.

I also took my paycheck from Friday and blew it on booze. Which I normally never do. But I love, love LOVE Baileys so I bought the Baileys with a hint of mint chocolate and Baileys with a hint of coffee. I love it in a small glass over ice.

I first discovered Baileys when I was living in Barcelona and the Dominican family I taught English to gave me a glass. I then bought a bottle (much cheaper in Spain than here) and would save it for when I was the combination of broke, lonely and homesick.

I also bought some other needed stuff from Walfart, I mean Walmart. Enough purchases for now.

I haven't been to Walmart in months, especially since I live within walking distance to a Target. But when I got there I remember why I've avoided Walmart, especially on weekends. Shopping at Walmart is also a good form of birth control. It reminds me of why I don't have children. The layout of the store also sucks because the aisles aren't that wide, and you are constantly having to move your cart around, and avoid women with strollers. And with the store being crowded, it was something else.

Since I normally shop during the week at Target when it's way less crowded, I had a little reality check yesterday at Walmart, especially while I was hungry. So I took a bag of those shrimp flavored chips, parked my cart in a little area away from the crowds and chowed down to pacify myself. Then I walked over to the cashier and paid for my stuff.

Anyway, that is all for now my little French wonders.

TGIF !

Hello My Little Minxes,

Happy Friday ! I could sure use a little break.

Just wanted to post a couple of updates..........

1.) Mr. Esq's office did not call me back. Right now, how it usually works is that a small firm like his is looking to hire right away, so I pretty much know that they are interviewing as fast as possible with the tons of responses they've got and I bet the new person already started.

I don't know the specific reason why. Could be anything from me not speaking better Spanish, to me not being able to start immediately. I did tell them that I have to give two weeks. No way am I burning a bridge with my current employer, especially now. But at least I can feel confident that I didn't blow the interview.

Also, there is so much stiff competition out there. Law firms and legal recruiters have not been immune to the ball-sucking economy so that means that tons of more qualified candidates have been dumped into the same pool as the newly certified paralegals such as Yours Truly, and we are all swimming upstream like salmon, jumping and hoping we get noticed.

Though a little disappointed, not all is lost. I did enjoy the interview and was glad to even have the experience. And I am just happy and I feel lucky to even have the job that I do. So no complaints here. One thing I don't like is when I hear people complain about their jobs. Especially when there are so many unemployed people who would do anything just to work.

2.) I got a massage yesterday. The best massage I've ever gotten. I needed that so bad. I had to wait a while for her to be available, but it was all worth it, and she was super nice. And I am going back next week.

Well, that is all for now my little expensive fur coats. Have a nice weekend. It should be raining here in the SF Bay, which is all the more reason for me to stay in, watch TV and eat junk food.

Besitos !

Empire State of Mind

Hello There My Little Turtle Doves........

As you featherballs know, I went to New York City a little over a month ago, and I had the time of my life. I fell in love with the city and was just happy to be there. I even wore my Yankees shirt. I am not a baseball fanatic, but since I love NYC, I will root for the Yankees. While I was there, we did drive by the Yankee Stadium. I briefly saw the new one and the old one. It's a shame they have to tear the old one down.

Jay Z and Alicia Keys recently released a song about NYC called Empire State of Mind, and I fell in love with that too, especially since it's the way I feel about NYC. If I got a job out there, I would totally pack my bags and move.

"Empire State of Mind" by Jay-Z: (Chorus)

In New York, Concrete jungle where dreams are made of, Theres nothing you can't do,
Now you're in New York, these streets will make you feel brand new, the lights will inspire you,
lets here it for New York, New York, New York Welcome to the bright light.. ChaCha again!

So I included the live performance at the Yankee Stadium on Oct. 29th. I wish I could've been there to see it in person. I love the large screen in the background showing views of the city.

As you know, the Yankees won the World Series ! Go Yankees !

And if you are a Yankee hater, please don't post your hate up here, because it's not that I care about baseball, I care about New York and the Yankees is part of that NY feel for me.

Hump Day Hotness

Hello My Little French Desserts,

So I will start a little tradition. On Wednesdays I will post a picture of a really hot man, talk about something sexual, or both.

I know, not really out of character for me, but I am proud of the new title "Hump Day Hotness" so I feel like it is another excuse to be dirty.

One of my former bosses once told a man to blow him. It was hilarious, because my former boss was a huge fat dude. Some guy in a meeting said "why don't you get us some coffee" to which he responded " and why don't you blow me". Priceless. I wish I could pull something like that off. Too bad he left the company. He had awesome BBQs. It was because of him that I left Enterprise Rent A Car and ended up in the job I am now. He saved me from the fiery pits of car rental hell.

Moving along..........

Have you little petite fleurs ever watched Sex and The City ? Well I have, and in one of the episodes Samantha Jones walks into a Sharper Image store and sees neck massagers on display. All the ladies know where I am going with this.............

Anyway, Samantha mistakes the neck massagers for vibrators. She asked the salesman about the "vibrator" to which he tried to explain that it is not a vibrator, it is a neck massager while trying not to burst out laughing. Her response was priceless. "You really want me to believe that women use these to massage their necks ?"

Fast forward to this morning and visualize Yours Truly in a Brookstone store (Sharper Image went bankrupt).

Anyway, I was looking for a back massager since I was told to massage my neck on a regular basis. I go over to the table labeled "neck massagers" and I had a Samantha moment. Those "neck massagers" did not look like neck massagers. They clearly looked like vibrators. I saw the salesman look at me, and I felt a little embarrassed. I bet that was a marketing ploy. Call it a neck massager, and maybe women will feel more comfortable about walking in a store in the mall and purchasing a sex toy in plain view of everyone else old women and children included.

I ended up finding a back massager that I really like. You put it on a chair and it rolls up and down your back. Much better than wasting money on a chair that massages. I think those are useless anyway.

And now for the hot man du jour....................

That, my little macaroons, is Antonio Sabato Jr. who recently was featured on VH1's My Antonio where he was looking for for a girlfriend.

He is a total hotty with a naughty body. That is the epitome of my type minus the douchebag tatoos he has, his male trampstamp included.

I also didn't like his personality. I found him to be rude, and a total douche to the women on the show.

But I am not looking at his personality. I am looking at his body. I heard he smells real good, too.

Yummy............

He is so good looking that I would forget about his personality and treat him like a piece of meat.

Okay, tootles for now.

Besitos !

More Randomness

Hello My Little Furballs,

Here is another list of the randomness in my life..................

1.) Yesterday I was looking at pictures and reading an article in National Geographic about the conflict in Bosnia and the conflict between the Bosnians and Serbs. In one of the pictures, I saw a bunch of people in an old bus with building ruins behind them. One of the women looked almost identical to my Austrian grandmother. It kind of gave me chills. It was like I was seeing her one last time.

I miss her a lot, and whenever I see someone or something that reminds me of her, it brings me back to times we spent together. A lot of women seem to wear the same perfume she did at one point, including the woman I live with who is also around her age.

2.) The woman I live with now is in her seventies. I live with her and her husband. She is Persian but lived in Germany for many years and has a lot of European mannerisms. She sometimes reminds me of my grandmother. She said one thing that has stuck with me: "I like to learn new things. It helps me to stay young." She is taking up piano lessons and she practices every chance that she gets. My Austrian grandmother after she retired, use to take up volunteering, crafts, traveling and hiking up the Austrian Alps and cooking for the travelers.

3.) I was watching a commercial on TV for Cherry 7-Up. I laugh at the lengths advertisers go to, in order to peddle their products. On this commercial, they are promoting the Cherry 7-Up as something healthy. Basically saying that it is loaded with antioxidants and that we can.....wait for it............ finally "cherry-pick" our antioxidants.

::cough:: bullshit::cough::

No wonder we are the biggest nation of fat asses. Seriously. Travel abroad, and in most countries you can go weeks without seeing an obese person. With so many gym memberships and Nutrasweet packets and Jillian Michaels products, you would think that we would be a nation of hot Bay Watch babes.

I am so glad that my parents raised us against soda. I do not drink it. I will drink a 7-Up once in a while with my Korean BBQ ribs. I know, it's a quirk of mine. Otherwise, I don't really like it.

4.) I got drunk-texted last night by a stranger. I THOUGHT it was a former coworker, who I've lost contact with. But no, it was some douchebag stranger with the same name. I knew it wasn't my old coworker when he told me he doesn't remember me exactly, but that he would like me to come over because he's so hard. OMG ! I told him wrong number, and to leave me alone.

5.) Ooh, I almost forgot to mention that as I was in the parking lot and making my way to the restaurant for lunch....... there was some little yippy dog barking at me really loud and obnoxiously from a car. I was feeling a little feisty so I took off my sunglasses and told the dog to shut up. What I didn't realize was that the owners were still sitting in the car and looked at me in shock. I just walked on and tried to forget what happened.

Anyway, that is all for now my dear readers................

Besitos y abrazos !

A Random List of Randomness

Hello My Little Seahorses.........

I don't feel like writing in paragraphs today my little sea creatures, so I will just spit it out in random sentences..............

1.) I got a call back from Mr. Esq's office this morning. They called me up to test me on my Spanish speaking skills. Law offices these days do not fuck around. If you write it on your resume, they will hold you to it. They will dig up your educational background, do background checks, call all your references and test your ability to speak the languages that you say you do. I mentioned a scholarship I got in college and they wanted to know how competitive it was. And this is an entry level position for pay that makes me want to cry. Remember when Ace Ventura in Ace Ventura Pet detective told his female client " Well, why don't you go cry about it, Saddle bags?" I feel like that woman. Not to mention that I do feel a little fat right now.

Anyway, they put a Spanish speaker on the phone and let me ramble on this morning. I was nervous and I know I got a couple of things grammatically wrong. I was called out of the blue while I was rushing to get to physical therapy and caught completely off guard. Anyway, we shall see what happens. I may or may not get it at this point. I know that their office has been flooded with resumes.

2.) I have an interview tomorrow for a volunteer position, a lawyer referral service. I am not going to sit around and let employers just sit there and reject me. While they are busy deciding if they are going to kick me to the curb or not, I may as well be doing something useful.

3.) My dad finally got my present in the mail. I bought him a two year subscription to Maxim. Delivered to his doorstep. Yes my loves, I am a twisted girl. You can thank my dad for that.

4.) Speaking of my father, my dad has an interesting way of showing me how much he cares. He doesn't call me "his little princess" nor does he shower me with hugs. Instead, he likes to embarrass me in front of family or he likes to gross me out. He usually opts for grossing me out.

I wonder what Thanksgiving will bring.

5.) I did a bellydance routine in September, and worked hard in practicing for it. I also spent $40 for the venue to make me a DVD. $40 dollars for my 5 minute dance. Such a rip off, but I had no other choice because they wouldn't let people film.

My DVD still hasn't arrived. I am miffed about that. But not all is lost, at least the pictures arrived. The picture of me in my heading was from that evening while I was dancing with my troupe.

6.) I have been getting calls from a restricted number lately, and when I answer, no one is there. Weird. I have no idea what is going on.

7.) Did I tell you that I love all my readers ? Because I do.................

Well my little fragile sea wonders, that is all for now............

Mistress Senorita is back !

Hello My Little Loves,

I took a little break from posting my "manslations".

But now I am back ! I may have been sleeping, but I am not dead ! Rawr !

Below is why I feel bad for older women in the dating scene. This is just one more demographic that they have to hide from.........

I am also glad that my mother wouldn't look twice at a man my brother's age.

As usual my thoughts aka "manslations" are in bold.

TITLE: Looking for that special cougar - 26 I need a mommy to spank me

Date: 2009-11-01, 12:22PM

About me: Someone once said I have a 'refreshing vernacular'. I hope it was nice, I don't know what that really means. In intimate situations, that can make for a nice contrast if the right gal gets me in the dirty talk. I assume that works, it did in all that American Pie inspired porn I've been watching. I'm well aware of the value of foreplay and can be a tease in the best possible way (it just makes the sex that much sweeter). It's a two-way street when it comes to stamina, so if the chemistry is there, why not go all night? Women tend to notice (in order) my eyes, my hair, and my voice. Notice I've mentioned nothing hot about my body, and by the way, I sound like I am hitting puberty I've also gotten complements I can't spell on my name, which does have a sexy flair if you try it with various European accents. I am a wannabe Eurotrash douchebag.

I'd be happy to entertain special requests. I'll lick the bottom of your shoe if you ask nicely. My preferences? A woman's touch is a simple pleasure of mine....seeing her in bra & panties (I was never much of a fan of nighties reminds me of my granny). Whether you have book smarts or street smarts, intelligence in general is a sexy complement to your appetites and desires. One of us should be smart, and it is clear that person is not me.

I'm d/d (dear readers of mine: d/d stands for disease/drama) free and so should you. Well, I haven't been tested in a while, so I can't really verify that.

If you're into a quickies, I'll look to making it a worthwhile time of stress-relief. I like to especially get it on in public bathrooms. If you're into multiples, I look to making the 'recovery' periods between trysts brief but enjoyable. This can include talking, cuddling, even reading aloud if you're into that. I would prefer that you read to me, like my mommy used to.

Well then my little furry cubs, that is all for today. If this is your sort of thing and you live in the SF Bay Area, below is the link to write to him and contact him yourself ! No judgment here, oh who the hell am I kidding, I'll judge you in private.

Love, hugs, kisses and chocolates,

Mistress Senorita
