Hello My Little German Chocolate Cakes..............
I had cake for breakfast on this glorious Sunday morning. It was left over carrot cake from work and I just did not want it to go to waste. There was a meeting a couple of days ago, and the most beautiful cakes were on display. After that meeting I took some carrot cake and German chocolate cake home.
But I will be going to the gym after I finish this post. Also, the new season of Tough Love is on and I just gotta finish watching that.

I go to the gym so often that I could probably eat the whole cake and not know the difference.

Now you know how I enjoy a good French Fancy regardless of the time but I have never tried carrot cake. It's due to the words carrot and cake in the same place, it just doesn't float my boat. Does it taste yummy?
Ah yes, my true daughter. And why should you not eat cake for breakfast? Your Oma would give us our birthday cakes early in the morning so that we could "work off all the energy and calories" during the day ahead, rather than just eat and go to bed....
See, its a family tradition - and why not start the day with some sweetness?
