Makes Me Mad Monday

Hello My Little Peacocks and Peahens,

How are you my little feathery friends ?

I enjoyed my Sunday. I met up with my friends, a couple from Russia and Bulgaria. I ate a nice sized Belgian waffle with banannas, nuts (Sergio, I don't want to hear it) and whipped cream. I also decided to use a little butter and syrup. Yummy ! So delish.

Two hours after I thought it settled in my stomach, I tried to work out. Hahahahaha. I was find doing the leg press and climbing the stair master. Jogging on the treadmill was another story. I got a cramp so fast, and I decided to walk it out. But walking was way too boring, so I just said screw it and went home. I was on the treadmill for less than ten minutes. Next time I will eat AFTER the workout, which is what I normally do.

So it was a relaxing Sunday, and I topped it off by coming home and watching Law and Order and Goodfellas. That movie totally glorifies the mafia. I wish our thugs at least dressed in suits and tipped well, even though they got it by ripping someone off. Nowadays our thugs spray graffiti over our highway signs, pimp their rides with rims, and their fashion sense sucks.

Today is Monday, and what really makes me mad is dealing with insurance companies. Good Lord, I don't even want to talk about that. Totally ticks me off.

So that is all for now my colored feather bunches. Don't get your feathers ruffled today.

Besitos mis amores !

Totally laughing at your description of 'our thugs' today. There IS a reason the Godfather saga still kicks some ass. And I'm not going to even mention Italian men. Oops!

Have a good week!

Our government has owed me money for a long, long time. Today I got a letter saying it will be delivered on or about December 9, 2009. Mad Monday. :)

Well, don't worry about insurance companies - don't let them ruin a perfectly good day!
Although - I had my run ins with them...once my agent tried to tell me it was my fault when it clearly wasn't (another driver had hit my legally parked car while I was in Korea) and I told him what I thought of him - he ended up begging me to "calm myself" - but no such luck.
I did get the insurance to see it my way, and shortly after that I not only switched agents but also insurance companies.
You can win - just takes a lot of effort.
You hang in there....I look forward to going out to dinner....

Between Obama trying to give free insurance to anyone and the insurance companies trying to raise prices, I'm not sure that I wouldn't like to see the Mafia of old make a few "hits."

My trainer is crazy and ignores me any time a good looking female client sets foot in the gym at the same time as my workout. Even so, today he found time to turn my legs into rubber on the leg press machine. Or rather he made me do it.
